About the Event
In our latest Blind Tasting class, we'll focus solely on the Cabernet Sauvignon varietal. Would you be able to tell a $5 CabSauv based on taste alone when compared to a $50 bottle? So, why taste blind? Tasting a wine blind is one of the best ways to formulate an unbiased opinion about the wine. Any knowledge that you have about a wine including price and region of origin can cloud your judgement or influence your assessment. Strip away all of those deciding factors and you're left with just a glass of wine staring back at you...and that's a good thing. Enjoy the wine for what it is. Understand what you like about it and also what factors you don't enjoy. Don't let price, brand or country of origin influence your decision on whether or not the wine is "good".

Blind Tasting: CaberYAyy!
$25 per person includes the wine tasting/class, take home "Homework" bottle, light cheese and crackers as accompaniments. Classroom size is limited to 10 people. You must purchase your tickets early online through our website. Facebook "Likes" or responses will not be accepted as an RSVP. **21+ to attend, please bring ID the night of class. ***In the event that you need to cancel your reservation without 24 hour notice, you will receive a credit towards another class or in-store purchase.
