About the Event
Juan Carlos is hosting a private pre-holiday wine dinner at Ibiza in Hamden.
Price is $55 per person all inclusive.
Opening reception:

Paquetitos Cordero: Crispy lamb ravioli with sweet potato puree
- Paired with: Single varietal Cerro Anon Manzuelo & Graciano
Albondigas: meatballs in light tomato sauce topped with shaved Manchego cheese

Chorizo: sauteed Spanish sausage with white beans in a Rioja red wine sauce

Costilla: braised beer short rib au jus over potato puree
