Virtual Mixology Class w/ Andrey Cano

Andrey Cano, formerly of Geronimo's in downtown New Haven, now from Eder Bros will demonstrate how to create the perfect seasonal cocktail utilizing tequila and something new to the mixology scene, Sotol.  What is that?  Andrey will explain the differences between the two and how/when/why to utilize each in a cocktail.

Ingredients for the class:

Pizcadores Sotol Silver $25

Casa Noble Blanco Tequila 375ml $21

Add-on Kit includes: Angostura Bitters, Agave nectar, Triple sec & Grenadine $30

All other ingredients need to be purchased from a grocery store of your choice.

• Lime Juice 2oz
• Agave Nectar
