Weird Italian Wines

Italian wine could easily be considered the pinnacle of wine knowledge. This is because there more than 350 common indigenous wine grape varieties in Italy with more uncommon varietals to be discovered and brought to the rest of the world.

During this class we'll explore/taste wines far beyond Pinot Grigio with characters such as Bellone, Fiano, Greco, Verdicchio and more! This will be a white wine focused class with one or two reds to mix in. The object of this class is expose the wine student to varietals not normally in the spotlight.

$30 per person includes your class, light cheese, and crackers to accompany the tasting and $15 gift certificate to purchase wines after the class.

This is a wine appreciation class to further educate your palate by tasting a variety of wines in a professional manner.

You must be 21+ years of age to purchase a ticket.

Classroom size is limited to only 16 people to encourage more in-depth discussion and analysis, so please RSVP early.

Critical discussion is encouraged, but please be aware and respectful of other students' opinions and assessments of the wines. Wine is subjective and personal to each individual's palate.
