About the Event
Amarone della Valpolicella is the most prestigious wine from the Valpolicella region in Veneto Italy. Special guest Michael Carabellese, regional manager for Leonardo Locasio Selections will join us on this journey through the region of Verona and experience the many "tiers" of Valpolicella wines.
During this class we will explore:
- The many types of Valpolicella and how they differ from each other
- Understanding the "RIPASSO METHOD" which is key to Amarone production
- Why Valpolicella Ripasso is a great alternative to Amarone
This is a class surely not to miss!
$30 per person includes your class, light cheese, and crackers to accompany the tasting and $15 gift certificate to purchase wines after the class.
Must respond by May 20th. If class sells out please call us at the store to be out on the call list.
