Wine & Cheese Showdown

If you were to give a room full of painters the same 3 colors you'll get several different paintings. Wine and cheese are an art to themselves. During this class we'll pick 3 cheeses as our in house wine guy, Chris, will go head to head with Jonathan Norwich from New England Wine and Spirits to see who can pair the cheeses better from their own wine selections. One person picking out wine pairings is one thing, but when you have two different points of view on a common theme it then becomes interesting to understand how each person's palate works.

$25 per person includes the wine tasting/class, take home "Homework" bottle, light cheese and crackers as accompaniments.

Classroom size is limited to 20 people.
