Wine & Cheese with Geoff

Cheese is as diverse as wine or today's craft beer. Geoff Troup has mentioned on quite a few occasion that he would like to know more about cheese. Here's his chance to dive head first into the curd world.

We'll pick a selection of cheeses for Geoff to bring home and "study". His mission is to pick out wines from his portfolio to properly match against each.

During this class you will be exposed to a variety of the world's more well known cheeses along with a few domestic artisan producers. You will gain an understanding of the symbiotic relationship of a well made wine and cheese pairing and why it works.

This is not for those that are lactose intolerant, but some of us do suffer for our art.

$30 per person includes your class, light cheese, and crackers to accompany the tasting and $15 gift certificate to purchase wines after the class.

Must respond by March 19th. If class sells out please call us at the store to be out on the call list.

This is a wine appreciation class to further educate your palate by tasting a variety of wines in a professional manner.

You must be 21+ years of age to purchase a ticket.

Classroom size is limited to only 10 people to encourage more in-depth discussion and analysis, so please RSVP early.

Critical discussion is encouraged, but please be aware and respectful of other students' opinions and assessments of the wines. Wine is subjective and personal to each individual's palate.
