Wine101: Back to Basics

Class is in session! The Fall 2018 semester begins. Our most attended and interactive course designed to teach the fundamentals of wine tasting while building confidence when ordering wine at a restaurant or other wine shop (say it isn't so). We'll cover basic grape varietals, talk about the term "terrior", how to read a wine label and the ever so popular 5 S's of wine tasting. You may have been to other intro classes, but don't miss out on this one. This class is designed for beginners who have yet to attend one of our classes, those who feel intimidated around self proclaimed "wine snobs", people who have continuously failed our classes time and time again and everyone who just needs to round out their palate.

*$25 per person includes the tasting/class, light cheese, crackers and "homework" bottle.
