Wine101: Pacific North West Wines
California wine gets a lot of love, but Washington and Oregon are very well regarded for their wines as well. During this class we will explore the many diverse growing regions and varietals from vineyards in the north west corner of the U.S. This will also be an "Ugly Xmas Sweater" themed class!!
