Forgot the name of the grape, you’ve never experienced Riesling like this before unless you’re accustomed to the Alsace style. Bone dry with hints of unripened stone fruit, apricots and peaches. Sharp dry edge that carries this throughout he finish with crisp acidity. A great foodie wine to pair with and a tremendous value!
