During this class, we will be joined by Mark Ancona and Tony Lamonaca, the owner of Golden Vines Importing. We'll taste through two new red wines that just became available paired up with some Italian cheeses and charcuterie. During the tasting, Anthony will be preparing and explaining elements of a classic Emilian charcuterie board along with how to make a quick Pomodoro sauce!
